This Fresh Summit hits record setting attendance since the East Coast summit in 2010.
We would like to outline that this year’s show focused on demand creation – creating new ways to help consumers eat more fresh produce.
The First Lady, Mrs. Michelle Obama, addressed attendees via video appearance. As you probably know, seeing a healthier America is a genuine goal that she has set as her legacy.
At Trampoline Marketing we visit different trade shows in Canada and the US and we usually share our expo floor “faves”. This year, we share with you the four first-time exhibitors that were chosen by a panel of industry experts for the “best of show” contest. Their booths generated great attendee excitement while encouraging exhibitors to keep innovation and effectiveness at the top of their exhibits.

Note that almost 50 Canadian companies were exhibiting at this 2015 Fresh Summit Edition. Mexican exhibitors were also very present.
