Our observations & our favorite pick from SIAL Canada
With the recent signature of the Canada-Euro Trade Agreement (CETA), our team was curious to see if the presence of European firms would be more imposing than 2 years ago. Although it was not the case, we discovered great products and passionate people.
Our Best in show at this year SIAL was : Gosh! Our selection criterias were overall presentation of the booth and its products, brand image, product originality, sufficient food sampling, variety of food to discover and the overall approach of the entire team with visitors.
Gosh! is a trademark that belongs to UK based company GREAT FOOD UK which was very inspiring (see picture). See their new brand image here first as seen in our picture taken at SIAL (not yet on their website when we published this article).
We would like to salute all women entrepreneurs that proudly promote their products and family owned businesses that pursue their family know-how regardless of their origin.
