The well-established company wanted to preserve the freshness of its sausages in the best presentable way possible. While looking at different containers (sizes, colours, material) and scealling options with their supplier, Roma Foods took this opportunity to validate key element of a potential packaging change.
Our Solution
Documented in-store observations combined with a complexe structured survey allowed the client to get a clear feedback on the packaging options and, among other things, on sausage consumers profile (likes, dislikes, expectations, habits).
Results
The final packaging was chosen based on consumer preference and the white styrofoam was switched for a clear container.The company was able to revise its mix-product (based on size, format, price) and identify promotional and communication opportunities to promote its quality sausages in its new packaging.
