MANDATE

The company was considering to refresh or completely review its brand image.Being part of a group of companies that have a visual link between their brand identity, an external advice was needed.

OUR SOLUTION

Conduct a web-based survey in 2 phases:

  1. first we probed employees including the management to establish their attachement to the brand name and image and see what they liked or not about the current brand image.
  2. Then, we analyzed the feedback from employess to assess the key points to focus on within the Aerospace industry worldwide.

RESULT?

This first formal and structured feedback allowed the company to take a decision and guide the nature of changes needed.
